Coaching services
Mary Majors Coaching provides trauma-informed coaching, not therapy, counseling, medical advice, or mental health treatment. Coaching is future-focused and action-oriented. It is not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are in crisis or need clinical support, please contact a licensed mental health professional or call your local emergency number.
Digital products
Free guides, paid bundles, and any downloadable resources are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, resell, reproduce, or share the content without written permission. Download links are for the purchaser only.
Payments and refunds
Paid products are non-refundable once access has been delivered. Coaching sessions are subject to the 24-hour cancellation policy described in our FAQs. If you have a concern about a purchase, contact info@marymajors.com and we will do our best to make it right.
Booking and cancellation
You may cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Changes made within 24 hours, no-shows, and late arrivals are charged the full session fee. All times are Central Time.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including writing, images, courses, guides, and the podcast, is owned by Mary Majors Coaching and protected by copyright law. You may share short excerpts with attribution and a link back, but you may not reproduce full content without permission.
No guarantees
Coaching and digital resources are tools for reflection and growth. Results depend on your own participation and circumstances. We make no guarantees of specific outcomes from any product or service.
User conduct
You agree to use this site lawfully and respectfully. You will not attempt to disrupt the site, misuse download links, or share access to paid content with non-purchasers.
Limitation of liability
Mary Majors Coaching is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or its products and services. Your use is at your own discretion.
