By providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent box (or by texting a keyword to our short code or long code), you agree to receive recurring automated and non-automated SMS and MMS messages from Mary Majors Coaching related to appointments, reminders, resources, and follow-up communications. Message frequency varies. You also consent to be contacted at the number you provide, even if it is on a Do Not Call list.
You may opt in to SMS messaging by booking a session and providing your phone number with consent, by submitting a form with your mobile number and checked consent, or by texting START to the number associated with our messages.
You can opt out of SMS messaging at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message confirming your opt-out. No further messages will be sent unless you opt back in.

Messages are delivered through major U.S. wireless carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and their respective MVNOs. Delivery is not guaranteed and may be delayed or blocked by carrier filters.
