Coaching and therapy both support emotional growth, but they serve different purposes. Therapy focuses on healing — especially mental health concerns rooted in past experiences. Therapists are trained to diagnose and treat conditions like anxiety or depression and help you understand patterns that still affect you today. Coaching is future-focused and action-oriented. It's about building confidence, clarity, and the skills to create change in your relationships, career, self-care, and daily life. As a coach, I help women align their choices with who they want to become. The two work beautifully together: therapy helps you heal your past; coaching helps you live your healing.
